A Christmas Carol 2025 Cast List

A Christmas Carol 2025 Cast List

Welcome to our showing of “A Christmas Carol”! We are blessed to call these wonderful people our cast mates.

Norman Aldridge (Old Joe, Preacher) has been part of the FHG Production family from our opening show over 6 years ago. He fell in love with theater mainly because of his FHG family and the love everyone has for each other. As one of the oldest cast members at FHG, he often takes on the role of “Timekeeper” during our shows, prompting the younger members when it's time for them to go on stage. It’s a role he dearly loves; mainly because of his need for things to be done orderly, neatly, and on time, which probably stems from his 27 years of military service. He could not do these performances without the love and support of his loving wife, Lynn, and the rest of his family. He thanks Jonathan Ross for giving him the opportunity to begin this journey. But most of all, he thanks Jesus for His love, mercy, and grace.

Averi Atkinson (Caroler) is a junior who loves theatre! She would like to be either an actress or a wedding planner when she is done with school. Averi has previously appeared in multiple FHG productions, including Eliana in “Redeemed,” “Melodies&Memories,” Sallie Gardiner in "Little Women,” and Mayella Yule in “To Kill a Mockingbird.” She recommends doing theatre at FHG, it’s a lot of fun!

Emma Atkinson (Caroler) is excited to be in her third show at FHG. She appeared in “Miracle on 34th Street” as an Elf, among other roles. She is a 7th grader at Sullivan Central Middle School, and loves to read.

Kevin Bowden (Ebeneezer Scrooge) after spending most of the past four years playing villains on stage, Kevin is thrilled to be playing one of the most iconic and lovable bad guys of all time. He hopes that this show reminds us all to let go of the past, live lives of forgiveness, and understand the true meaning of Christmas.

Levi Bradley (Jacob Marley) has been acting in various roles for over twenty years, starting as far back as high school. Three of those years have been right here at FHG. He's played everything from Jesus to Satan (FHG), Jack Stapleton in “Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of The Baskervilles” (FHG), Hamlet in “I Hate Shakespeare” (High School), and he was even briefly Audrey 2 in “Little Shop of Horrors” (Rogersville Playhouse) among other roles. He was also the assistant director of Race To Freedom at FHG for two years. Outside of the theater, Levi is married to Amber “Cornbread” Bradley, who also acts here at FHG with him, and they have one daughter, Lily. He also leads worship at Burem Missionary Baptist Church in Rogersville. He’s also an avid gamer, D&D player, and playwright.

McKenna Chrisley (Caroler) is a 7th grader, who is excited to be in her third show at FHG! She has previously been in “Redeemed” and “Race to Freedom” as Kristina Hodges. Fun fact about Makenna- she is on the school dance team and plays baritone in the band!

Justin Davidson (Fezziwig) is happy to be participating in his 4th FHG production. Justin has also played in “Miracle on 34th Street,” “Race to Freedom,” and “To Kill a Mockingbird.” Justin would like to thank his sweet daughter, AdaMarie, for her love. He would especially like to thank his amazing, beautiful, saint of a wife, Stephanie, (who TOTALLY didn’t write this bio for him) for her love and support.

Stephanie Davidson (Melanie) is excited for her second production with FHG. She is also happy to NOT be the one trying to ruin Christmas this year, since last time she performed at FHG it was as Dr. Sawyer in “Miracle on 34th Street.” Some of her other favorite roles recently have been the Evil Stepmother in “Cinderella” (KTG) and Mother in “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.” Stephanie would like to thank her wonderful husband and daughter, Justin and Ada, for their love and support.

When not at the theatre, she works as a Registered Dietitian at Johnson City Medical Center. Samantha would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her as she delves back into theatre.

Tammy Flanagan (Porsha) is a multifaceted creative force—singer, actress, songwriter, musician, published poet, and podcast host/creator—whose passion for the arts began in childhood singing in church and grew into 30+ years of stage experience in productions such as “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” “Grease,” “Guys and Dolls,” and “Phantom of the Opera.” She has written and directed numerous Christian plays, including “The Christmas Guest” and “Cooking for Christmas,” and has led Youth and Children’s choirs while teaching voice and piano. She has previously portrayed Older Amy in “Little Women” (FHG), Brigitta in "The Sound of Music” (Bristol Academy), and has danced in many productions with Celebration Theater. She is currently a student at Kingsport Academy of Hair Design.

As the male costumer for this production, he’s grateful for the chance to bring these characters to life through wardrobe and design. Upon arriving in the States, Caleb and his family got involved with FHG when his sister (Evelyn) first joined for “Little Women,” and he is excited to be acting in “A Christmas Carol,” as his father has read it to him every Christmas season since he was very little. Steve spent the last (almost) 15 years serving as a Pastor and missionary in South Korea. He relocated back to the US a year ago and has been Pastoring at Bloomingdale Baptist Church in Kingsport.  Steve is grateful for his loving Church family and encourages everyone to look for the true meaning of Christmas this season. If you don’t have a Church family, he encourages you to find a Gospel-preaching church this Christmas season and commit to going in 2026! “Remember Christ our Savior was born on Christmas day, to save us all from Satan’s pow’r when we were gone astray, Oh tidings of comfort and joy!”

BK Martin (Mrs. Dilber) is delighted to be a part of this wonderful production of “A Christmas Carol.”  She has a degree in English/Theatre from E&H College and spent many years as a graphic artist. You may remember her as Mr. Beaver in “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” Aunt March in “Little Women,” or other shows at FHG and other local theatres. Not only does she act, but she also creates props for shows at FHG and builds a few small things as needed for the sets. Other than the glitz and glamour of her life on stage, she leads a very dull life with her husband and four dogs. She thanks you for attending the show and hopes it brings laughter and maybe even tears and that you forget your worries for a few hours and enjoy the world of “A Christmas Carol.”

Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of productions, developing a style centered on storytelling through light. Though he has acted in the past, John discovered early on that lighting is his true passion. He believes every cue should enhance the emotional arc of the show and help the audience experience the story more deeply. This production marks his first time working with FHG. Among all his lighting work, his favorite project remains Abraham, a production filled with special effects that allowed him to stretch his skills and imagination.

Seth Reese (Fred) has been in almost every FHG show. He is overwhelmed by the support and encouragement of this amazing cast.

Glen Taylor (Stage Hand) works behind the scenes at FHG, supporting productions from the quiet focus of the backstage environment. In this role, he has developed a strong appreciation for the craft, coordination, and teamwork required to bring each performance to life. Surrounded by the warm, acoustic character of tavern-style music, he has learned how atmosphere and sound shape an experience long before the audience ever sees the stage. His approach is guided by a principle that keeps him grounded and motivated: “Fear does not stop death; it stops life.” It’s a reminder to stay proactive, embrace challenges, and remain fully present in every project he contributes to.
